We are conducting a massive recruitment fresher’s/experienced drive in Bangalore for one of our major client from Chennai who is looking to hire 40 fresher’s on Networking domain. Send your CV’s to itcareers@ccieexpert.in

Shortlisted candidates will be sent an admission ticket which they need to carry for the venue to get the entry.

Role:               
                           
Network Engineer (Will involve core networking support for major IT clients. Not a voice support/desktop support job)

Salary Offered:

2.5 Lpa (Slightly higher for experienced networking professionals)

Experience Lookout:

0-2 Years’ Experience. Fresher’s can apply who are good in Networking

Qualifications:

BE/ B.Tech/ BCA/ MCA/ M.Tech (2011/2012/2013 Passout)
Percentage: 50% and above

Skill set required:

• Basic Networking Concepts like OSI model, TCP/IP,(Logical Link Control, Flow
• Control, Link Negotiation) (IP, ARP, ICMP, TCP, UDP, SNMP, TFTP, FTP, BootP)
• Basic Ethernet Concepts and Cablings.
• Bridging and Switching Concepts, LAN Technologies such as Ethernet - CSMA/CD STP, RSTP, MSTP, VLAN tagging
• Good Knowledge in Routing concepts, with Good knowledge in Routing Protocols like: RIP, OSPF, IGRP, EIGRP, BGP
• Basic Wireless Knowledge 802.11a/b/g, Access Points, controllers
• Server Concepts and working knowledge in DHCP, DNS, Radius, SNMP, webserver etc. Job Responsibilities:
• Interface with international customers.
• Provide remote Technical support on implementation of technology using various networking products & applications and resolve product related issues through research and troubleshooting.
• To troubleshoot every case (including backlog) assigned and drive towards positive resolution thereby to achieve customer satisfaction.
• Debugging hardware & software system level problems in a multi-vendor multi-protocol network environment.
• Evaluate the scope for timely escalation and ensure that customer problems are addressed as per the priority.
• Document all communication with the customer.

Benefits for the Shortlisted Candidates: Hire-Train-Deploy model is a unique model devised by ACIT where in the students will be getting an offer letter even before they are paying for the training. The training provided by ACIT is from Subject matter experts certified by ACIT Clientele in Networking which makes the candidate upgrade to the most advance networking technologies and are readily available trained resources to the corporate with job readiness from the day one. This model was approved by the corporates considering their zero investment on the training and least attrition as the resources are trained at their own cost. It has been agreed upon that ACIT’s Clientele and ACIT are into MOU for the Hire-Train-Deploy model. ACIT’s Clientele  team would hire the selects from the common drive conducted by ACIT. This hiring would be purely based on communication and basic technical skills.Post hiring the selects, all the selects would be provided a conditional offer letter from ACIT’s Clientele.The selects has to undergo training program at ACIT on the curriculum suggested by ACIT’s Clientele (Technical & Soft skill). All the selected candidates would undergo assessments in  technical and soft skills conducted by ACIT’s Clientele during the course of training.  

Training duration would be 18 days (10 hours Per day) for the curriculum earlier shared by ACIT’s Clientele. During the training no stipend will be provided to the shortlisted candidate.ACIT’s Clientele can have a mid-assessment and a final assessment at ACIT Bangalore Post final assessments if the candidate clears, ACIT’s Clientele will issue an offer letter with joining dates mentioned. There would not be a second level of technical round as it is normally with ACIT’s Clientele for general off campus hiring’s.Initial pay package would be 2.5 Lakhs per annum.The commercial involved for the training would be INR 20,000 + 12.36% service tax per shortlisted candidate. The cost of the training would be borne by the candidate. ACIT/ACIT’s Clientele would not be responsible for the training charges.
